The Future Leaders Congress was dedicated to the New World of Cost and Value and includes strategic, operational and leadership modules all of which were characterized by a spirited debate from young executives who have been identified by their firm as future leaders.

The 2009 Congress attracted 130 future leaders from 29 countries. Delegates also had the opportunity to visit Carrefour, Walmart, Lotus, Lianhua and a traditional wet market. Delegates were also asked to make their contribution to a global masterclass in Multiple Scenario Planning.
