This project started with a call-for-action, stating that "the industry should more readily and freely share information, embracing the concept that the best way to manage increasing complexity is through transparency".
Collaboration between all parties in the value chain to better serve the consumler and improve operating efficiency is only possible with accurate and timely data.
This project looks to identify future information or data requirements with a special focus on consumer insights. It also aims to identify and resolve current barriers to information sharing and bridge existing information gaps.
