GFSI Guidance Document

The GFSI Guidance Document defines the process by which food safety schemes may gain recognition by GFSI and gives guidance to schemes seeking compliance. GFSI’s network of Technical Working Groups, stakeholders and industry experts provides extensive input to the development and ongoing improvement of the Guidance Document.
