In 2022, the events will take place in New York and Shanghai (TBC).
SummerComes and WinterComes are an online Marketplace initiative to give visibility to service providers in order to promote and sell projects, but, at the same time, this is linked to a set of events that will take place in the spring and autumn.
The intention of these events is that service providers can show their projects to companies interested in them, and, at the same time, it provides a unique opportunity for networking and sharing experiences and insights.
There is no pressure on delegates to invest in the projects, but we are providing a service by linking innovative projects with businesses that are interested in the solutions on offer and, if the companies behind the projects get it right, investment is a real possibility.
The End-to-End Value Chain is a pillar of The Consumer Goods Forum that includes the Product Data Coalition of Action and a host of other initiatives that work to visualise an industry in which trading partners have access to real-time, accurate and independently assured product and supply chain data down to item level. This work also includes focused events like the SpringBoards and Open [ ] Space series.

SummerComes 2022 was originally scheduled for the end of March in Barcelona. However, due to ongoing COVID issues, the decision was made to move the event to May 2022 in New York.
Originally, we had hoped to host the event in Shanghai, China, in September 2022. However, due to China’s approach to tackling the COVID crisis, restrictions on international arrivals make this unlikely. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you on time and location in due course.
Our events team are constantly monitoring the changing scenarios related to the hosting of events during the COVID pandemic. We will be working with our hosts at the selected venue to ensure we are following all necessary protocols. Depending on the rules at the time, a COVID health pass may be necessary for you attend the event. And, based on your country of origin, you are encouraged to double-check restrictions on entering the host country for your specific country of origin, as rules can vary from one country to another.
