Together with Institut du Commerce, we recently co-hosted a session – part of our Healthier & More Sustainable Diets webinar series – on environmental labelling of food, focusing on its role and impact on consumer choice. The session was built around our local Collaboration for Healthier Lives initiative in France, with a case study on the journey to empower French consumers to make more sustainable food choices, and our key learnings.
