The aim of the End-to-End Value Chain Learning Series is to deliver thought provoking material to the wider CGF membership on “trending topics”. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of our members, we have already produced a number of educational resources on key topics like blockchain and modularisation.

This project is all about interoperability, information and developing effective crisis management systems globally. We aim to provide better transparency of product information to consumers and efficient traceability of products across global supply chains to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

Dedicated to helping improve data accuracy, this project focuses on providing consumers with easy access to trustworthy information on the products they buy and use. Success can be achieved through the global roll out a standardised platform that gives consumers the information they want, when they want it.

Modularisation

This project is about finding more effective ways to package units to aid more efficient shipping. More broadly, modularisation is about making things fit. It will focus on seeking value creation in managing more complexity in the supply chain, secondary packaging, fill levels, waste and standardisation of end-of-line automation.

The Future Value Network project stems from on-going effort to to predict major trends that will impact our industry in the future. Originally the Future Value Chain series, our latest edition of the report highlighted the need to rethink the value chain.

As well as a number of ongoing projects, our E2E Value Chain work has already delivered in a number of other areas.
