To assist its member companies in implementing its dynamic strategy to eradicate forced labour from their own operations, The Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) Human Rights Coalition – Working to End Forced Labour (HRC) has issued a call for proposals to experts and service providers in order to collaboratively develop field-level programmes that will aide transforming the HRC’s commitments into practice.

The projects are meant to provide implementation support to the HRC and its 19 member companies as they work to meet the commitments of the Coalition, notably concerning the implementation of Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) systems in their own operations and within the operations of their respective suppliers in the palm oil sector. More information about the requirements for project proposals can be viewed on the HRC website. Interested parties are encouraged to submit proposals by 30th October 2020.
