The Consumer Goods Forum’s (CGF) Sustainable Supply Chain Initiative (SSCI) is recruiting an additional Benchmark Leader in Europe to support the SSCI Coalition of Action as it benchmarks third-party social sustainability auditing and certification schemes. The SSCI is working to build trust in and drive harmonisation among sustainability standards worldwide by recognises standards that cover key sustainabilty requirements and apply robust and comprehensive governance and verification practices.   

The SSCI Benchmark process relies on independent Benchmark Leaders to carry out thorough assessments of the applicant schemes and programmes. With more schemes and programmes applying for SSCI Recognition, the SSCI is looking to recruit one additional Europe-based Benchmark Leader with excellent knowledge of social compliance auditing, labour and human rights topics, and best scheme management practices. The chosen candidate will be required to accompany and manage the benchmark process of allocated social compliance schemes.
