Building a Blueprint for Collective Action: Rethinking Food Waste as a Lever for Growth

Food waste isn’t just a sustainability issue – it’s a growth opportunity.

We are pleased to share Capgemini’s latest high level paper: “Rethinking food waste as a lever for growth”, which explores how tackling food waste can unlock value across the food sector, from cost savings and operational efficiencies to brand reputation and consumer trust.

This paper is part of a programme of work developed over the past year in collaboration between Capgemini and the CGF’s Food Waste coalition of action. It reflects our shared commitment to driving practical, scalable solutions that reduce food loss and waste across global supply chains.
