Food Loss in the Processed Tomato Supply Chain

McKinsey & Company worked with the Food Waste Coalition to look at where food gets lost upstream between the farm and the retailer, focusing on tomatoes as a case study. The Coalition then created this infographic to present the findings relating to the fresh tomatoes supply chain.
