During the event, Ruediger Hagedorn, Director of the CGF’s End-to-End Value Chain Pillar, gave a keynote speech presenting the organisation’s work on digital developments in transportation. He also moderated a panel alongside some CGF member companies – Cencosud, P&G and Logyca – who shared their implementation success stories, as well as the importance of collaborative work.

The Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) was invited to the Latin America Retail CongressShop 2019 held in Santiago, Chile on 15-16 October. The event brought together more than 50 retail experts from more than 15 different countries to discuss digital transformation.

Erika Rodriguez, General Manager of the CGF’s Latin America Office then spoke on the Latin-American Association of Supermarkets (ALAS) general assembly about the CGF and the initiatives in the region.
