The Consumer Goods Forum’s (CGF) Food Waste Coalition of Action has today released the Value of Food Framework, a practical tool to help businesses identify opportunities to reduce food loss and waste across the value chain, strengthen supply chain resilience and unlock financial and environmental benefits. By assessing 21 actionable levers against seven core drivers of value, the Framework helps retailers and manufacturers build business cases for interventions beyond their direct operations, where collaboration can deliver benefits for businesses, people and the planet.
