Welcoming Times & Areas
The Consumer Goods Forum team will welcome you to the Supply Chain Conference as of Monday 24th October. Delegates are invited to register at the Welcome Desk upon arrival.
The Delegates’ Welcome Desk at The Okura Hotel Amsterdam will be open:
- Monday 24th October from 09:00 – 19:00
- Tuesday 25th October from 07:00 – 19:00
- Wednesday 26th October from 07:00 – 13:00
Smart casual for the business sessions and evening social events.
For communication and security reasons, you are requested to wear your badge at all times, including the official dinner.
Plenaries and Breakouts take place at the Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided into languages other than English if it is requested by 10 or more delegates.
Log in to the CGF Events App
The CGF Events app is our exclusive tool for you to network with fellow delegates and access event information before and during the Conference. Access to the event will be available before the Conference starts.
An Executive Summary of the plenary sessions will be sent by email to delegates after the Conference and will also be made available on the Supply Chain Conference website.
Speakers’ presentations will be available after you finish completing our evaluation questionnaire. Availability of presentations is entirely at the discretion of the speakers.
It is very important for us to get your feedback on this Conference to better understand your needs. We will ask you to rate the speakers after each day via an online questionnaire. After the event, we will ask you for five minutes of your time to fill in a more general online evaluation questionnaire so that we can better serve your needs in the future.
