The CGF has negotiated a number of rooms at The Hotel Okura at preferential rates for our SRS participants until the contingency is sold out, whichever comes first. Delegates are invited to check visa requirements for their country of citizenship before travel. If you require an invitation letter for a visa, please contact us.
The Consumer Goods Forum team will welcome all delegates at the lobby entrance of the hotel We encourage all delegates to collect their badge the night before the conference in order to save valuable networking time. There will be a Help Desk all throughout our conference if you need further assistance with your ticket/registration.

Delegates are requested to wear their badges at all time at the conference venue and official cocktails/dinners.
All presentations will be given in English. No interpretation will be provided.
The CGF Events app is our exclusive tool for you to network amongst delegates and access conference information before and during the conference. Access to the event will be available 6 weeks before the conference starts.
An executive Summary of the business sessions will be sent by email to delegates after the conference and will also be made available on The Consumer Goods Forum website after the conference.
Speaker’s presentations will be available after you finish completing our evaluation questionnaire (subject to approval by the presenter).
