Visa Process

Delegates are invited to check visa requirements for their country of citizenship before travel. If you require an invitation letter for a visa, please contact us.

Conference Language

Simultaneous AI interpretation will be provided if requested by a minimum of 10 delegates.

Badges

For communication and security purposes, please wear your badge at all times, including during cocktail receptions & gala dinner.

Dress Code

The dress code for business sessions and cocktail receptions is smart casual. A Black Tie will most probably be required for the Gala Dinner.

Registration Desk

The Consumer Goods Forum team will be on hand to welcome you at the Welcome Desk on the afternoon preceding the Store Tour.  

CGF Events App

The CGF Events app is our exclusive tool for you to network with fellow delegates and access event information before and during the Summit. Access to the events will be available prior to the start of the Global Summit.

Evaluation Questionnaire

Your feedback is crucial for us to better understand your needs. We will ask you to rate the speakers daily through an online questionnaire. After the event, please take five minutes to complete a more general online evaluation questionnaire, which will help us better serve your needs in the future.

Session Presentations

Speakers’ presentations will be available after the evaluation questionnaire is submitted. Please note that the availability of presentations is entirely at the speakers’ discretion.

Executive Summary

An Executive Summary of the plenary sessions will be sent by email to delegates after the event and will be made available online.
