The Nuffield Dept. of Health Sciences at Oxford University conducted an independent evaluation of 6 in-store interventions within 3 major UK food retailers aimed at improving food purchasing behaviors. Tesco, Sainsburys and Co-Op supermarkets provided sales data for the analyses.
