Plastic Waste Coalition Hosts Working Session on Policy Development of Chemical Recycling with Eunomia and SYSTEMIQ

On June 16th, The Consumer Goods Forum’s (CGF) Plastic Waste Coalition of Action organised a working session co-lead by Eunomia and SYSTEMIQ to understand the policy development of chemical recycling in EU and its impact. With several policies under revision (SUP, PPWD, and WFD), it was a perfect time for members to educate themselves on the upcoming and active policy developments which might influence the future of chemical recycling. The workshop evidenced the urgency of bringing regulatory clarity to strengthen the development of chemical recycling so it can be a relevant lever to achieve existing government targets.
