Dairy co-op First Milk and cheesemaker Wyke Farms are utilising financial incentives to encourage suppliers to adopt sustainable farming practices. In this case study, farmers are rewarded with 0.5 to 1.0 pence per litre for committing to introduce a regenerative farming plan or incorporating sustainability measures in feed, manure, herd, energy, and soil and land management.
