The Food and Land Use Coalition (FOLU)

FOLU is a community of organisations and individuals committed to changing the way food is produced and consumed. The Coalition is committed to scaling science-based solutions and also helps design country-level food and land-use sustainable action pathways. Companies can get involved by supporting research, engaging in decision-making, or by driving change in their areas of operation. Collaborative work includes the scaling of existing approaches and the development of new ideas.

Since its establishment in 2017, the FOLU community has supported several solutions, such as PepsiCo’s Sustainable Farming Program, the WRI TerrMatch reforestation platform, and the CocoaCloud initiative to knowledge share and provide weather forecasts to cocoa growers.
