In this context, we are delighted to announce that The International Seed Federation (ISF), representing 96% of the global seed trade, has joined The Consumer Goods Forum’s (CGF) Sustainable Supply Chain Initiative (SSCI).
With a deep knowledge in plant breeding, seed trade, and access to quality seed, the Federation brings a vital upstream perspective to conversations around the future of food security and agricultural supply chains.
Through its membership, the ISF seeks to engage directly with retailers and manufacturers across the food value chain. By sharing data-driven best practices and supporting the scaling of global regenerative agriculture compliance frameworks, this alliance will help ensure that supply chain accountability is secured from seed to shelf.
