Please be sure to craft non-commercial topic-focused content for an industry audience (kindly refer to the guidelines below:). Your content should help readers understand how you collaborate with CGF and its community to promote its vision, “Better Lives Through Better Business”.

If relevant, do not hesitate to use the opportunity to promote your involvement at our events or coalitions or showcase how your organisation leverages CGF for success throughout the year. 

Specifications

Articles should meet these requirements

  • Word Count: 600-700 words;
  • Title: Brief and impactful, 50 characters max;
  • Byline: Full name, job title, organisation and headshot (300x300px, 72 dpi) of the blog post’s author;
  • Images: 2-3 images to illustrate your post, with a minimum resolution of 72 dpi; To ensure compliance with copyright regulations, kindly ensure that all images utilized are either royalty-free or that your organization possesses the necessary rights and licenses for their usage.
  • Tone & Style: non-commercial, thought-leadership and topic-focused content for an industry audience – feel free to adopt a non-corporate, first-person conversational tone in a dynamic blog style. Focus on impactful and digital-friendly content!

 

Articles should not

  • Promote, either directly or indirectly, a company or product or service.
  • Be in a report format, but should be in prose and edited for content and style
  • Provide business as usual updates

Process

Please liaise with our Communications Team to organise the editorial review and web integration phases and discuss a publication date based on availability (kindly note that publishing dates will be secured on a first come, first served basis). Final content is due two weeks before the agreed publication date.

 

The editorial requires final approval from the Communications and Event Director. The editorial team reserves the right to edit articles to ensure that they meet style and format expectations. The team may also decide not to publish certain articles if they are not deemed appropriate for publication.
