The insurance will provide operational and economic support to colleagues in the event that they are diagnosed with COVID-19. The insurance will cover the costs of any hospital stay and during the recovery period. Other options being looked into include support services during the recovery phase including babysitting, a pet sitter, medical advice, grocery delivery, transport to and from the nursing home or an individual to support with the daily running of the household.
