Cybernetics is a transdisciplinary approach to explore regulatory systems, their structures, constraints, and possibilities. The learning series paper aims to help influential people within management roles reach better decisions in our dynamic business world.

The Consumer Goods Forum is pleased to announce the launch of the sixth and final installment of the End-to-End Value Chain “Management Cybernetics” learning series, in collaboration with Dr. Boysen Management + Consulting. This follows the launch of parts 1-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11 published in the first semester of 2020.

Part 12 of the learning series focuses on the cybernetic consulting approach and provides guidelines to successful cybernetic consulting processes. The section highlights the role management plays when cybernetics projects are carried out in an organisation.

The final part of the series, part 13, provides a summary for the ‘Introduction to Management Cybernetics’ Learning Series, with useful advice for organisations operating in complex environments in order to considerably improve the quality of their business.
